Description:
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 1 to 3 inches,
isolated areas may manage to pick up 4 inches. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma and the Panhandle of
Texas.
* WHEN...From noon today to midnight CST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
afternoon and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highest amounts expected in the Dumas,
Stratford, Spearman area. The heaviest snow period looks to be
between 3pm and 8pm.
