Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
to three inches with locally four inches. A light glaze of ice is
also possible with any freezing rain during the morning hours.
* WHERE...All of the South Plains, Rolling Plains and the far
southern Texas Panhandle.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
