to a trace and ice accumulations up to several hundreths of an
inch are possible.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Louisiana and
northeast Texas.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
