Description:
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 4 inches
with locally higher amounts up to 6 inches across the San Mateo
and Magdalena Mountains. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Central Highlands, Lower Rio Grande Valley, San Agustin
Plains and Adjacent Lowlands, South Central Highlands, Upper
Tularosa Valley, De Baca County, Guadalupe County, Quay County,
Chaves County Plains, and Southwest Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM MST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. This
includes portions of I-40 from Clines Corners to the Texas border.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and
evening commutes.
