* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 2
inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...All of the South Plains, Rolling Plains and the extreme
southeast Texas Panhandle.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
