Description:
* WHAT...Blowing and drifting snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
This will reduce the visibility to less than one mile at times
especially west to east oriented roadways such as I-80.
* WHERE...Banner County, Box Butte County, Cheyenne County, Kimball
County, and Morrill County.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility and lead
to slick road conditions. Plan on slippery road conditions.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road

Be prepared for slippery roads. Slow down and use caution while
driving. If you are going outside, watch your first few steps taken
on stairs, sidewalks, and driveways. These surfaces could be icy and
