* WHAT...Light snow. Additional snow accumulations of an inch or
less. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph this evening and overnight.
* WHERE...All of the South Plains, Rolling Plains and the extreme
southeast Texas Panhandle.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Hazardous conditions
could impact this evening's commute.
