* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northeast, southeast, and west central New Mexico. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MST this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on snow packed or icy road conditions. This includes portions of I-40, U.S. 60, U.S. 70, and U.S. 285. Lingering hazardous conditions with black ice could impact the Friday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong winds have resulted in areas of blowing snow with very low visibility across parts of eastern NM. Travel is discouraged and road closures may occur.
