* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Visibilities down to 1/4 mile in
rural areas at times. Total snow accumulations up to one inch.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, Kittson and West Marshall Counties. In North
Dakota, Eastern Walsh and Pembina Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 3 PM CST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
will reduce visibility at times.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Falling snow may contribute to difficult
travel conditions at times in rural areas. Be prepared for rapidly
changing visibility over short distances.
