* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected, including snow, and/or sleet,
and/or freezing rain. Total snow and sleet accumulation mainly
under 1 inch, and ice accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Portions of north central Kansas and south central
Nebraska.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on potentially slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...This is a somewhat low-confidence forecast
scenario, as given the various potential precipitation types, the
degree of travel impacts could vary across the Advisory area. Some
