* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up to
one inch and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Jefferson PA, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher
Elevations of Westmoreland, Higher Elevations of Indiana, and
Indiana Counties.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Tuesday morning commute.
