* WHAT...Snow expected early. Total snow accumulations 2 to 4 inches.
Ice developing Monday evening into Monday night. Ice accumulations
up to one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker Counties.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 4 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
