* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Total snow and any sleet accumulations
up to one inch and ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch,
mainly in the higher elevations and east facing slopes.
* WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia and southeast West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions, mainly in the higher
terrain. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening
and Tuesday morning commutes.
