* WHAT...Mixed precipitation, primarily freezing rain. Ice
accumulations up to two tenths of an inch, especially on bridges
and other elevated surfaces. The highest amounts will be on the
ridges.
* WHERE...Portions of north central and western Maryland and eastern
and panhandle West Virginia.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
