* WHAT...Freezing rain. Additional ice accumulations up to one tenth
of an inch, mainly on bridges and other elevated surfaces. The
highest amounts will be on the ridges.
* WHERE...Central Virginia Blue Ridge, and Augusta and Rockingham
Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
