Counties.

* IMPACTS...Elevated surfaces such as decks, stairs, and bridges may
be icy in some locations. The hazardous conditions could impact
the Tuesday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will taper off and temperatures
will rise above freezing by midday.
