Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 6 inches. * WHERE...South Laramie Range including the Interstate 80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie, and North Snowy Range Foothills including Arlington and Elk Mountain along Interstate 80. * WHEN...Until 5 PM MST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes.
