* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional ice accumulations around a
light glaze with snow and sleet accumulations of less than one
inch.
* WHERE...Broome, Chenango, Cortland, and Madison Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Higher elevations will be more prone to light
ice and snow accumulations, especially east of Interstate 81.
Temperatures will rise above freezing at lower elevations, with
mainly wet roads.
