Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to
two inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Northwestern Connecticut, western Massachusetts, the
Hudson Valley from the Capital District south, Taconics and the
Lake George Saratoga region of eastern New York, and southern
Vermont.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will likely impact today's evening commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will mix with sleet and freezing rain
late this afternoon into this evening. Precipitation will taper
off late tonight.
