* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 6 and 12 inches mainly across the higher peaks of the northern and southern portions of the range. Snow accumulations elsewhere range between 2 and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Owl Creek and Bridger Mountains, Bighorn Mountains Southeast, and Bighorn Mountains West. * WHEN...From noon Thursday to 11 AM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes especially along Powder River Pass.
