* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 5
inches with locally higher amounts nearing for elevations above
8000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...East Sweetwater County, Flaming Gorge, and Rock Springs
and Green River.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 5 PM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.
