The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow will be on and off from early Friday morning through the afternoon hours and may not be consistently falling. However, localized heavier snowfall rates may lead to rapid changes in visibility and slick conditions.
