Total ice accumulations around one tenth of an inch across the northern half of Jefferson County and across the higher terrain of Lewis county. * WHERE...Jefferson and Lewis Counties. The greatest ice accumulations are expected near the Saint Lawrence River and the Tug Hill. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the commute this evening and the Friday morning commute.
