* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow and sleet accumulation
of less than one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Eastern Dutchess, Eastern Greene, and Western Columbia
Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Rain will gradually change to freezing rain
after midnight, and mix with some snow and sleet before ending
around daybreak.
