* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches, with
locally up to 10 inches in the Tushars.
* WHERE...Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs and Southern Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 5 PM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected, including along
Daniels and Soldier Summits.
