...ACCUMULATING SNOW FOLLOWED BY RAIN FOR MOST NORTHERN SE AK...
.Heavy snow showers are changing over to rain across the Icy
Strait Corridor. Snow is holding on longer for areas north of the
Icy Strait Corridor (Haines), with a changeover to rain expected
through late Thursday evening. The one exception will be the
Klondike Highway, which will stay cold enough to remain snow
through Friday.
Snow intensity continues to diminish this evening but snow showers
are expected to persist through the evening. The next round of
precipitation is expected to move into the area by Friday morning.
