* WHAT...Snow above 8000 feet. Additional snow accumulations up to 5
inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Eastern Uinta Mountains.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM MST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult at times. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
