Description:
* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations of 1
to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Box Butte County, Cheyenne County, and Morrill County.
* WHEN...Until midnight MST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slushy, slick, and hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Temperatures will drop quickly after sunset
which will lead to re-freezing of slush and water on roadways into
Saturday morning.
