* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and 5
inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Indiana County. In
West Virginia, Preston County.
* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
