* WHAT...Blowing snow. Areas of blizzard-like conditions, particularly in open country. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota. * WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening. * IMPACTS...Roads have become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility, at times a quarter mile or less. The hazardous conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute.
