.Snow will taper off overnight and change to a period of freezing
rain or freezing drizzle, which should continue into Tuesday morning.
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations up to
two inches for a storm total of 1 to 3 inches and ice
accumulations around one tenth of an inch.
* WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, west central, and
western Maine and central and northern New Hampshire.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Snow will change over to a period of mixed precipitation
before changing to freezing rain. It is recommended not to plow
your driveway and walkways until the storm has ended. Even light
snowfall amounts can accumulate on roads and cause dangerous
driving conditions due to snow covered roads. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
