Description:
* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations of up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45
mph will create blowing and drifting snow with visibility
reduced to one half mile or less at times.
* WHERE...Baldwin Peninsula.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 9 AM AKST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility. Travel will be very difficult.
