* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations up to a few
hundredths of an inch.
* WHERE...Golden Valley, Billings, Stark, Hettinger, Grant, and
Sioux Counties.
* WHEN...Until 3 AM CST /2 AM MST/ Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A high wind warning is also in effect for the
area late tonight through early Thursday afternoon.
