Description:
* WHAT...Mixed precipitation and blowing snow. Total snow
accumulations between 2 and 5 inches and ice accumulations around
a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Mountrail, McLean, and Sheridan Counties.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing
snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Near-blizzard conditions are possible at
times in rural areas.
