mainly above 2500 feet elevation. Locally higher amounts possible.
Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Mountains of east Tennessee and southwest Virginia.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 1 PM EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Friday evening commute.
