Description:
* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 65 mph
in the higher terrain.
* WHERE...Noatak Valley.
* WHEN...From 9 AM Saturday to 9 AM AKST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility to 1/2 mile at times. The cold wind chills as low
as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as
little as 30 minutes.

Use caution while traveling, especially in open areas.
