Description: 
* WHAT...Snow and freezing rain. Additional snow accumulations up to 4 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...Richardson Highway from Tonsina south to Thompson Pass. * WHEN...Until 4 PM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...Travel may be difficult due to snow and ice accumulation. Rain on snow covered roadways may create additional ice and travel hazards. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation type may change rapidly between snow and freezing rain with elevation along the highway. Heaviest precipitation expected through midnight, with another period of enhanced precipitation Monday morning. Portions of the southern Copper Basin along the Edgerton Highway will also likely see sleet mixing in with light snow on Monday. If warm air works in more substantially, freezing rain may lead to a light glaze in these areas.
