* WHAT...Freezing drizzle expected this morning, then snow
developing. A light glaze of ice followed by 1 to 2 inches of snow
accumulation.
* WHERE...Calumet, Manitowoc, Winnebago, Brown, Kewaunee, and
Outagamie Counties.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM CST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions will impact the morning and evening commutes.
