Description:
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 7
inches.
* WHERE...Portions of northern New York and most of Vermont.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult.
The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall will begin across St. Lawrence
County by 6 PM and spread into western Vermont by 9 PM.
