* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations around a
light glaze.
* WHERE...Portions of DC, central, north central, northeast, and
northern Maryland, and northern and northwest Virginia.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Very slippery sidewalks, roads
and bridges are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact
this morning's commute.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. Prepare for possible
