storm total of 3 to 5 inches.
* WHERE...Western Rutland County.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
