* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
to one inch and ice accumulations around a light glaze.
* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Southeast
Randolph, and Southeast Webster Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery sidewalks, roads and bridges. Motorists
should use caution on roadways today.
