Description:
* WHAT...Snow expected in the Spring Mountains above 7000 feet.
Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches expected. Winds gusting
45 to 55 mph.
* WHERE...Spring Mountains-Red Rock Canyon.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could
bring down tree branches.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snow accumulations will be across
Lee Canyon with lighter amounts into Kyle Canyon. Periods of 1 to
2 inch per hour snowfall rates are possible. Slick and icy
roadways can be expected on Highways 156, 157, and 158.
Instruction:
Slow down and use caution while traveling. Call 5 1 1 for road
information.
