Description:
* WHAT...Snow above 7000 feet with accumulations of 3 to 8 inches.
Snow accumulations up to 12 inches along the highest peaks. Ridge
winds gusting as high as 90 mph. Otherwise, south to southwest
winds 15 to 30 mph and gusts 45 to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Mono County.
* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to noon PST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
Very strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power
lines.
