In Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains. * WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be difficult due to periods of moderate to heavy snow. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Steady snow overnight will turn to snow showers Thursday morning and afternoon.
