Winds gusting as high as 55 mph with blowing snow. * WHERE...East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades. * WHEN...Until 10 PM PST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
