inches, locally higher over peaks. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.
* WHERE...West Slope Northern Sierra Nevada and Western Plumas
County/Lassen Park Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon PST today.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery travel conditions, with travel delays
and chain controls possible. The hazardous conditions will impact
the Friday commute.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels around 6500 to 7500 feet.
