* WHAT...Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Northern Seward Peninsula.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing snow could reduce visibility to 1/2
mile or less at times.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwest winds will pick up late this
morning and this afternoon. This will coincide with the lowest
visibilities in blowing snow.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling, especially in open areas.
