Description: 
* WHAT...Blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. Visibility reduced to one-quarter mile or less at times due to blowing snow. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta Coast close to Etolin Strait, including Toksook Bay. * WHEN...Until 4 AM AKDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities reduced to one quarter mile or less due to blowing snow. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ground blizzard conditions have been observed along portions of the Kuskokwim Delta coast this morning. There is no new snowfall associated with this system, but gusty northerly winds are lofting snow from the ground across areas particularly near Etolin Strait. Conditions expected to improve quickly as the winds diminish by early Wednesday morning.
