...A BAND OF ORGANIZED SHOWERS WILL MOVE OVER SOUTHERN PANHANDLE
THURSDAY NIGHT AND FRIDAY...
.Semi organized bands of showers will primarily move across
Prince of Wales Island and the southern inner channels into Friday.
Shower activity will have highly variable accumulations due to
the varying intensity & scattered nature of the snow showers.
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4
inches.
* WHERE...Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Due to the scattered nature & varying
intensity of these snow showers, snow accumulations and
impacts will be highly variable across the region.
Instruction:

winter weather.
